SURPRISE!

Thank god I remember my coding lessons in IT or that would not have been bold and would not have been anywhere near as dramatic

Well, uh, I really wanna push the word limit with this update, so prepare for babble.

So, Year almost over, still Christmas to come. Things are happening, and by that I mean to other people and not me. Losing track of time, I haven't spent my holidays well, I'm full of fat, lazyness and procrastination. Also, generally eating one meal a day, staying up till 3am (it's 2:40 as I start this) and sleeping in till 2 in the afternoon. I will not deny, it's very relaxing, but... probably not healthy amirite? I doubt this music I'm listing to is helping ([link] Enjoy) But, I figured, life's too long to care about one summer of a near death status o3o

Anyways, I've just realised there's no real point in this journal, other than to make me tired, and I've had coffee so, this may take a while. Moving on, I'll cover all kindsa stuff happening in my life, first of all: Gaming.
So, I now own most of the games worth buying this holiday season

Left4Dead2 : I do enjoy this, but only on the basis that there's zombies to kill and friends to help. This game has been brutally mutilated by the governments censoring, usually I won't mind some censoring, but they've really gone to far, basically the gore/death reduction makes this game almost PG. Zombies disappear within 3secs of dying, zombies vanish rather than exploding, zombies do not catch fire, zombie limbs cannot be shot off etc. And besides from that, it's alot the same as Left4Dead1, Not particularly in a bad way, but too soon for more in my opinion. However the characters are top notch, as to be expected from Valve.
Rating: 6/10

CallOfDuty:ModernWarfare2 (aka CockOfJudiDench:ModernWhorefare) : I am disappoint :/ This game was over-hyped, and under-performed. Over the top storyline and pointless multiplayer ruined this game in my opinion. I enjoyed this for a while, but there was no real re-playability, once you find something that works, you use it, and you win. Simple as that.

Assassin'sCreed2 : This game I had highly anticipated since announcement, as I was a mild fan of the first (which was also my first 360 game)This game was a true sequal, improving in everyway. The storyline seemed to be ripped from Da Vinci Code, which had pros and cons. I enjoy this, but only briefly, as the game was only brief, finished in around 30hrs it simply didn't last long enough.
Rating: 8/10

Borderlands : Having only started playing this recently, I haven't properly completed this, and I fear it may be short, which I hope not. I have been enjoying this game surprisingly much, my original impressions lead me to believe this would be a grindfest boring FPS attempting RPG. To describe this game best would be to say it's like an FPSMMORPG, without the thousands of players. But, it does have a superior co-op RPG experiance that is hard to comeby, with no limitations, and a raise in difficulty depending on no. of players, it's a perfect co-op.
Rating: 8/10 (so far)

Movies:

I haven't yet seen many of this seasons blockbusters, I mean, I haven't even seen Twilight yet, oh noes T__T But I have seen 9, The Hangover, Zombieland and IngloriousBarstards. On my, To See list I have ParanormalActivity, Avatar, Fantastic Mr.Fox.
(On my REAL 'To Watch list, I currently have 52 movies, anime series and documentories. Feel free to suggest more).
I will have to say, Zombieland was morelike a cult film, all you komrades preparing for the Zombie Apoc, watch it, it's relevent to your intrests.
The Hangover was fairly average, although it did have numerous funny parts.
9 was an interesting movie, though, because of how my mind works, I sat there enjoying the animation, and the general theme of the movie. The story was a bit off, I think mainly because of the lack of humans, and the low number of characters major, minor or extra.
I mention Inglorious Bastards because it is my favourite movie of this year, and recently was released on DVD. Rent before you buy, as it's not for everyone.

Books:

Music:
My main selctions in music this year have been Hardcore (UnderOath), Techno of all kinds (Renard, and all his wonderful workings. Tekno fans rejoice _{here [link] and here [link]} different artists mean different genres. FIAB=Trance Mayhem=Synthpop JaqlQueenston= DrumNBass Kitsune2=BitTrax)
And last, most recently J-Rock (Miku Hastune)

Moving on to other things. Christmas being around the corner, I will hopefully be buying a tablet, then next be starting a 'Sketch-a-day' project, will most likely just upload to scraps.

I get to spend NYE alone and at home. Yay .____________.

I am also starting the year by spending a week or so at Moonta, unfortunatly it being summer, I fear fire and heat. Also next year I might be going to Northern Europe for a few weeks as mum suggested it after family moved there, IF this happens, it may be the best holiday I've ever had. <3 Snow, Cold, North Euro. Except I can't remember which country, or if I was dreaming or not.
I think I'm going to NZ next year for a ski trip, but I'm not sure about that either.
No one in my family tells me anything so it's hard to know what's going on :/

So, uh, I haven't gotten to personal yet have I? I myself, the person behind the pixalated face of XUXAX, I'm doing just fine. Throughout this entire year, my life has been up, down and around others mainly. I have enjoyed this year, I really got my act together and have started plans for post-school life. I mean, only 2 years left, which is still a fair amount of time. I have looked at uni courses, discussed with parents, and things like that.
I'm also STILL running two lives :/ My private self and my public self, I still can't particularly decide whether to seperate them more, or mush them together. It's hard for me to keep track of what people know about me, what I can talk about, which secrets I can share and which ones will remain forever lock within my heart. 2010 has a ton of potential to be the significant turning point in my life, but that's up to me (and in some cases, others)
But none the less, 2009 has shaped me, well? to becoming a better person? those are debatable, however it was still a great year, thanks to the many, many people who made it like that.

Here's hoping 2010 will be more interesting.
